The persolog® Personality Factor Model is an easy to understand, solid, and proven personality-model. Even though each person is unique, there are many aspects of personality and behavior which are shared by or similar in many people.

The persolog® Personality Factor Model is comparable to languages. It is a tool with which one can become aware of one’s own language and find out about the language of the other person. The goal of my seminar is to view this Personality Factor Model as a language, and to learn to speak and understand that language. The focus is on getting to know yourself, your patterns of behavior, and your personal strengths, and learning to expend your energy where it is most useful. You learn to recognize potential areas of conflict with others and to reduce them to a minimum. You will have a clear picture of the environment which contributes most to your success. You will profit from my seminar, regardless of whether you are a colleague, employee, employer, or team, or if you are a customer, partner or friend.

The seminar asks the question „How do I tick and how do others tick?“ The persolog® Personality Factor Model differentiates among four behavior dimensions: Dominant, Initiative, Steady, and Conscientious – DISC. All four dimensions are present in every person, however to varying degrees. It is the combination of these dimensions together with the extent to which they are present that determines the individuality of a person. DISC does not judge. It sees in every combination strengths and potential which are to be found and used.

The human tendency to view one’s own behavior as the standard by which others are judged will be relativized by introducing the value of tolerance and alternative ways of behavior. DISC is – as a supplement to Coaching – a tool to “expand your map”. Difference is not considered a threat, but rather an enrichment. It is so solid and helpful that it can be actively used in every situation.
