Olaf Johannsen was born in 1968 in Dortmund, Germany, where he lived until completing high-school. After 20 months of civilian service assisting severely handicapped people and working on a mobile elderly care ward, he studied English, Russian and Business in Giessen, Germany, Canada, and Russia.

This was followed by a period as an English teacher with the Universidad San Antonio de Abad del Cusco in Peru. In the course of his life he has traveled to 50 countries. He enjoys photography and jogging.

He currently lives with his wife and two daughters in Frankfurt am Main.

I offer a portfolio of techniques which is complementary and can be individually customized for every client. Each of my three fields of activity is aimed at proactive people who are looking to discover their own „map“, or the map of others without imposing his, or her own map onto others.

What my three fields of activity have in common is a stance which appreciates people and their interests as they are. All three of them focus on already available potential. They want to discover and use this potential to avoid conflicts, provide sustainable solutions, and to enable professional and personal change and development.
