My philosophy: coaching is a matter of trust. For this reason, I do not make any contracts and I do not report to anybody about the coaching. I view coaching in a business context as a gift of the company to the employee. I work process-oriented, and the client (coachee) determines the content and the direction into which the coaching will go. The coaching takes place wherever the client feels comfortable and undisturbed. We focus on the future and deal with goals. Should the coachee not have any goals, we develop them. A situation which consists of a backwards-looking „escaping from“ may turn into forward-looking „moving towards.“

As one of few coaches, I re-imprint existing convictions and value-systems in order to dissolve those beliefs which limit the possibilities for how we think and act. This is important because these limiting beliefs and convictions may keep one from learning alternative ways of behavior.
